Come and say hello and share your views and feedback!
These sessions provide an open, informal opportunity for residents to speak directly with Councillors and Council staff about what matters most to them. These community conversations will help inform future decision-making and guide Council’s strategic direction.
The visits will also provide a safe and welcoming space to brainstorm ideas with Councillors and staff, who’ll also update the community on projects, initiatives and programs delivered over the past year and listen to feedback.
Council will also take the opportunity to help the community with some practical activities such as downloading and using tools such as Snap Send Solve and the VicEmergency app.

- Ararat Library: 4.30pm to 5.15pm
- Elmhurst Hall: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
- Buangor Cobb & Co: 5pm to 5.45pm
Thursday 18 December 2025
- Willaura Bakery: 4.15pm to 5pm
Friday 19 December 2025
- Moyston General Store: 3.15pm to 4pm
- Pomonal General Store: 4.30pm to 5.15pm
- Mininera Rec Reserve: 5.15pm to 6.00pm
- Lake Bolac Pub: 6.45pm - 7.30pm
